Class Schedule

Currently we run several classes each weekday and offer a few hours of open gym on Saturdays starting at 9am. Ask a coach about the schedule! The regular WODs, (workout of the day), follow a class structure designed for the common CrossFitter. The open sessions allow for each athlete to target specific weakness in both skill and strength.

Warmups start on the hour, please do not be late. The hour is short and we try to give you your money’s worth.
