Nutrition Accountability Group Starting up on Monday!

Some of us have started counting our calories and tracking our nutrition and others have noticed and want in. If you’d like to participate and be held accountable for what you’re eating then here’s what you need to know:
* Starting on Monday we will have weekly weigh-ins
* Bring a notebook to begin tracking your weights, daily food intake, and body fat percentage
* Over the first few weeks we will work together to figure out where your daily caloric intake should be
* Each week there will be a workout for those of us who do not meet out goa. There are also some ideas for other incentives in the works. :)
* Some of us know what we should and shouldn’t be eating and just have a hard time sticking to it. Others aren’t sure what will give us the nutritional value we’re looking for. This is where the daily food journal will help us to see what you’re eating and how we can improve it. If you’re unsure what you should be eating, ask! We’d love to chat with you about it
* All of the components on this group are optional. Let us know if you’d like to join to help keep yourself accountable or just show up on Monday with a notebook!
